I've gained so much weight since I got back from USA 2 years ago.
8kgs to be exact.
I cannot afford to get ANY fatter.
I can hardly fit into my clothes.
I have embarked on the insanity journey that will be ongoing for 2 months.

The meal plans are hard to follow but I control my calorie intake to make up for the lack of discipline to have 5 meals a day.
This is really the DVD with the most insane workout packed into it.
I've been doing it for 2 weeks and have lost 2kgs.
BF is doing it with me and he has also lost close to 2kgs :D
Weight aside, my tummy is significantly smaller.
I feel healthier and even more motivated to carry on.
